KORDEKO ("we", "the company") respects the privacy of our website visitors and customers. This page explains what data we collect on this site, why we collect it, and how we use it.

1. What data we collect

a) Contact / inquiry forms
When you submit a form on the site (contact, quote request, sample order), we collect: your name, phone number, email address, the message you sent, the page the request was sent from, your IP address, and your browser/device type (user agent) at the time of submission.

b) Chat assistant (Olga)
If you use the chat assistant on the site, your messages are sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude model) to generate a reply. Conversations are kept temporarily to maintain context and help us improve response quality; they are automatically cleared from your device after 24 hours of inactivity. If you choose to leave contact details (name, phone, email) during a chat, they are recorded as an inquiry, the same way as through the contact form.

c) Cookies
We use a strictly necessary cookie (stored locally, in localStorage) to remember your cookie choice so the banner doesn't reappear on every visit. If enabled in the admin panel, we may also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) to understand site traffic in aggregate.

2. How we use this data

• To respond to your requests and questions;
• To provide consultations and price estimates for KORDEKO products;
• To improve the website and the chat assistant;
• To comply with legal obligations, where applicable.

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share it with service providers strictly necessary for the site to function: Anthropic (chat message processing) and, when enabled, Google Analytics / Yandex Metrica (traffic statistics). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

4. How long we keep data

Inquiries submitted through the form are kept for as long as needed to manage our relationship with you. Chat conversation history is automatically cleared from your device after 24 hours of inactivity.

5. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, deletion, or a restriction on its processing. For any request regarding your personal data, please contact us via the email address shown on our contacts page.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in how the site operates. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.
